Refund Policy
Last updated 2026-09-29
In short
- Each product shows, before you pay, whether it can be refunded and for how many days.
- You can cancel any time. No further charges are made, and you keep access until the paid period ends.
- Double charges, charges after you cancelled, and service we failed to provide are always refunded.
- Accounts or subdomains suspended for abuse are never refunded.
- To request a refund, email ahmed.yaseen.dev@gmail.com. Money returns to your card or wallet, usually within 5 to 14 business days.
This policy applies to purchases made on Maazul (maazul.com).
1. What can be refunded
Before you pay, each product shows its refund terms: either a refund window (for example, 7 days from the payment date) or that it is non-refundable. Within the window you can get a full refund. Non-refundable products are not refunded, except in the cases listed in Section 3.
Products that depend on third parties, such as domain registrations and renewals, become non-refundable once they are completed, when this is stated before purchase. If such an order fails and is not completed, we refund it.
The refund terms shown at the time of purchase are part of this policy.
2. Subscriptions and cancellation
- Subscriptions paid by card with auto-renew are charged automatically at the start of each period until you cancel. Subscriptions paid by mobile wallet do not renew automatically.
- You can cancel or turn off auto-renew at any time from the Billing page. No further charges are made, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period; that follows the product's refund window. Each renewal counts as a new payment with its own refund window.
- If a renewal payment fails, we retry for a few days. If it keeps failing, the subscription ends and no further charges are made.
3. Always refunded, never refunded
Whatever the product's refund terms, we always refund:
- duplicate charges for the same payment;
- charges made after you cancelled, before the renewal date;
- service we could not provide because of a fault on our side (in proportion, if only part of the service was affected).
This does not apply when the problem was caused by incorrect information you provided or by your own actions.
We never refund:
- accounts, subdomains or services suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms of Service, such as phishing, malware, fraud, spam or abuse;
- unused time after you cancel outside the refund window.
4. How to request a refund and how you receive it
Email ahmed.yaseen.dev@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the payment date, the amount and the reason. We reply within 3 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original card or mobile wallet, in the original currency (EGP or USD), through our payment provider, Kashier. We refund the full amount for the refunded part and do not deduct payment fees. Banks and wallet providers usually take 5 to 14 business days to show the refund; exchange-rate differences and fees charged by your bank are outside our control.
A full refund ends the related subscription or service immediately. A partial refund does not. For a domain, a refund may require cancelling or giving up the domain where that is possible.
5. Disputes and abuse
If you think a payment is wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can fix it quickly. We may decline refund requests that show clear signs of fraud or repeated abuse, and may suspend the related service while a fraudulent dispute is investigated. This does not limit your right to dispute a payment with your bank.
6. Changes and your rights
We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the update; each purchase follows the refund terms shown when it was made. This policy is read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and nothing in it limits consumer rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
