Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Maazul (https://maazul.com). By creating an account or registering a subdomain you agree to them.
The service
Maazul lets you register subdomains under maazul.space and manage their DNS records, including through a Dynamic DNS API. The domain maazul.space belongs to us; you receive a revocable right to use a name under it, not ownership of the name.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and provide an email address you control.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account and your Dynamic DNS tokens. Keep them private and revoke any token you no longer use.
- One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not use a subdomain, or point one at content, that:
- impersonates a person, company, brand or service, or is designed to mislead (including phishing and fake login pages);
- distributes malware, participates in botnets, or is used for command-and-control, spam, or attacks on other systems;
- hosts or links to illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- harasses, threatens or exploits others;
- abuses the service itself: automated bulk registration, circumventing limits or rate limits, or interfering with other users.
Certain names are reserved and cannot be registered. We may also refuse or remove names that we consider confusing, offensive or likely to be used for abuse.
Limits and plans
Free accounts are subject to limits on the number of subdomains, records and tokens. We may change these limits, add paid plans or modify features at any time. Reducing a limit never removes what you already have, but it may block new additions.
Payments, renewals and refunds
Paid products are processed by our payment provider, Kashier. Prices are shown before you pay, in Egyptian pounds or US dollars.
- Subscriptions paid by card with auto-renew are charged at the start of each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Subscriptions paid by mobile wallet or without auto-renew end at the end of the period unless you renew them.
- If a renewal payment fails we retry for a few days; if it keeps failing the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan. Nothing you created is deleted, but new additions may be blocked by the free limits.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the refund terms shown for each product before purchase.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or delete a subdomain or an account, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms, harms other users or the service, or if we receive a credible abuse report. Suspended names stop resolving. We may also reclaim names that have been unused for a long period. You can delete your subdomains or account at any time.
No warranty
The service is provided free of charge, as is, without any warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. DNS changes can take time to propagate and our providers may experience outages. Do not rely on Maazul for anything where downtime would cause serious harm.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use or unavailability of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free account is zero.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
